Ligare-日本で一番制電効果のある原糸の品名

高性能導電糸

Ligare断面図

A high-performance conductive thread has been created.

Compared to conventional conductive yarn, the conductive resin is exposed at three points on the yarn surface and the contact surface is increased to improve the corona discharge action.

 Rigale yarn fabric
 Normal polyester fabric

We enclosed a plasma ball with each fabric and inserted a camera inside.

With the fabric containing Ligare yarn, the electrical discharge is absorbed toward the fabric, resulting in fewer visible tendrils of light.

With standard polyester fabric, the discharge is not absorbed in any direction, causing the light to stream freely inside the plasma ball.

Ligare is a high-performance conductive bicomponent yarn developed through specialized composite spinning technology.

By incorporating a higher concentration of carbon black into its conductive layer compared to conventional conductive yarns, Ligare delivers exceptional static elimination performance across all environments and material applications. Furthermore, as an innovative new material, it maintains its physical integrity and delivers stable, continuous conductive performance even when subjected to physical stresses such as washing and friction.

In rigare yarn, the conductive resin is exposed in three places on the yarn surface, and high conductivity is created on the yarn surface.

Other companies' products have one or two parts where the resin is exposed on the surface.

It has three contact surfaces and exhibits high conductivity performance compared to other companies' products.
Since it can be twisted with other fibers, the range of use is expanded.
Ligare conductivity features
1, There is almost no dependence on the temperature and humidity of conductivity.
2, can be mixed with almost any fiber.
3, Excellent durability and semi-permanent effect.
4, Sufficient conductivity can be obtained even when mixed in small amounts in woven and knitted products.
 Handling precautions

- Since both the conductive layer and the protective layer are made of polyester, caution is required during alkali treatment.

- While the optimal blend ratio varies depending on the intended purpose and environment, effective performance is typically achieved at 0.2%–2% for general apparel fabrics and 0.1%–1% for carpets.

- In addition to the blend ratio, conductive performance depends on the spacing between the conductive yarns within the fabric structure. When developing fabrics, maintaining a spacing width of 15 mm or less—preferably 10 mm or less—ensures optimal static elimination via corona discharge.

- Incorporating conductive yarn on one side of a woven or knitted fabric has been shown to effectively impart static control to the opposite side as well.

Technical feature details

Ligare is a black conductive bicomponent polyester fiber. During the melt-spun bicomponent process, two components are combined side-by-side: a conductive layer made of highly crystalline polyester containing a high concentration of conductive fine-particle carbon black, and a protective layer composed of standard polyester.

The conductive layer is connected at the core of the fiber and forms three or more exposed areas along the sides, facilitating the easy movement and dispersion of electrical charge along both the axial and radial directions of the fiber. Furthermore, its self-discharging mechanism through corona discharge delivers significant static elimination effects.

Because the surface exposure of the conductive layer is minimal and the protective layer is made of standard polyester, its strength, abrasion resistance, and durability are fully comparable to conventional yarns.

In addition, since both the conductive and protective layers consist of polyester, they feature excellent compatibility, resulting in extremely low risk of peeling or shedding caused by impact or friction.

The closer the charge table is, the less likely it is to be charged, whereas the further away it is, the easier it is to be charged.
The fur and silicone rubber are separated and therefore easily charged.

Custom fabric weaving and knitting is also available.

It can also be processed into T/C by combining it with polyester thread, cotton thread, etc.

Can be used with a variety of woven fabrics.

A characteristic of conductive fibers is that the larger the contact area, the more effective they are, but there are limits to their antistatic effect.

If you want to achieve 100% static electricity removal, you must earth the device to the ground.

The resin portion on the surface of the yarn is greater than that of other companies' yarns, providing approximately three times the static electricity-reducing effect.

The cost of making the product is reduced by reducing the amount of yarn used.

Competitor products have about 10% of the conductive resin exposed on the surface, while Ligare thread has 30% exposed on the surface of the thread.

Even when made into a product, some products cannot be 100% static electricity-proof.

*All items are stocked with Black Ligare yarn.

Since there are three conductive resins exposed on the surface of the thread, the same effect can be achieved with one-third the amount of conventional conductive thread.

Carbon black, so only black yarn is available at present

The raw yarn retains the texture of polyester, making it soft and easy to use.

Currently, 20d and 60d are only available in 500g rolls.

50d/Regular twisted type comes in a 1kg roll.
